What are our products made of?

Our candles and wax melts are made from 100% soy wax, reed diffusers are made from augeo clean multi base and premium scented fragrance oils. All products are sourced within UK.

Are the fragrance oils safe?

Yes, our fragrance oils are safe and vegan friendly. They are Phthalate, Paraben, PEG and CMR free.

Do you deliver outside UK?

Currently, we don't ship outside UK. However, we hope to offer this service in the near future. 

Are your containers safe?

Our containers are safe to use and heat resistant. They have undergone and passed safety testing. They are also recyclable.  

Does the Reed diffuser last long?

After much testing, can confirm that the reed diffuser lasts up to 3 months.

Do you do reed diffuser refill?

Yes, we offer refill at a reasonable price.

How long before I receive my order?

 Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery. Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation email with tracking information.
